  2.                SYSTEM POLICY

  5.   *  This system will not support or condone the copying of copyrighted
  6.      materials, whether magnetic or otherwise. Those who abuse their
  7.      MESSAGE BASE, DOWNLOADING or NETWORK privilages may have that
  8.      privilage taken from them or be deleted altogether, at the
  9.      discretion of the Sysop.

  11.   *  No fees are charged, and there is no online time restriction (within
  12.      reason).  Donations may be made and will not be refused.  I would
  13.      like to replace my ailing monitor, but am short of funds.  I would
  14.      also like to get a larger hard drive.

  16.   *  The caller is responsible for learning the proper use of this system
  17.      through the online menu and help facilities and a basic knowledge of
  18.      computers and telecommunictions is assumed.  We will help you as
  19.      much as we can.  Remember, there are no such things as dumb questions.
  20.      Everyone starts at square zero and has equal opportunity to learn.
  21.      Remember that a "?" will always give you some help.

  23.   *  If you did not fill out a biography, please do so with a .ecb so others
  24.      will be able to find out a little bit about you.  You may see other
  25.      biographies with the .m username command.  Do a .m ? to see who has
  26.      posted one.

  28.   *  Finally, It is my policy that I will not do a long distance net session
  29.      unless you pay for the call.  I will net with any system that wishes
  30.      to so long as you pre-arrange it with a mail message containing a list
  31.      of rooms and your node id.  I will not call you.  I spend alot of my
  32.      time maintaining this software and recieve no compensation for it.  I
  33.      feel it is only fair that your pay for net calls.  The best time to
  34.      schedule a net session is from 2 am to 6 am.  My system is not calling
  35.      out then and most users are sleeping...
